1. Government & Third-Party Fees
All fees paid directly to government bodies (state filing fees, Companies House fees) or third-party registered agents/software are non-refundable once submitted.
2. Professional Services
For agency retainers, setup fees, and consulting, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to work execution. Once work has commenced, service fees reflect labor performed.
