1. Services Agreement
By engaging Ecom Digital Partners (EDP), you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable information for all company formation, marketplace applications, and tax registrations.
2. Third-Party Marketplace & Bank Approvals
Marketplace seller approvals (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and financial accounts (banks, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe) are solely at the discretion of the third-party platforms. While EDP prepares applications adhering to all platform policies, EDP does not and cannot guarantee third-party approvals.
3. Scope & Deliverables
All projects adhere to written scopes of work agreed upon before commencement. Revisions and timeline adjustments will be communicated promptly.
